Orders generally ship within 10 days of receipt. We will
automatically send you an email notification which will include
your UPS tracking number and a link allowing you to check on the
estimated arrival date of your order. Please watch for
this email and save it until after your order arrives. |

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS |

Package your
order carefully to protect it from damage during transit. Two standard CDs in jewel cases, shipped in a 6" x 9" padded
envelope, with (up to a three page) order form,
generally costs between
.83¢ and $2.00 to send through USPS (U.S. Postal Service). Please consider
that, depending on where you are shipping from, USPS can take up to 10 business
days to deliver your order to us. To expedite the process, you may opt to enclose
your padded envelope in a 6 1/2" x 8" expandable USPS Priority mailer,
available free of charge through any post office. This method costs less
than $4.00 (up to one
pound), and generally arrives within 3 days. |

Some CDs have
holes punched in the barcode to prevent retail sale. What you send us is what we frame, so please
insure that your CDs and artwork are in good condition, free of
scratches, creases, dents, dings, and holes. In the event we receive an order which appears to have been damaged in
transit, we will notify you and request replacement pieces if necessary. |
