All orders must be pre-paid by either cashiers check, money order, travelers check, personal
or business check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) or PayPal.
We do not offer terms of any kind regardless of the size of your order or organization.
By NOT offering terms, we do not don't have un-paid invoices raising our operational
expenses which you, our consumers, would have to pay for in higher prices.

Whether you offer CD Frame Plaques to your clients through your web site, catalogs or emails, or whether you are are ordering for an award ceremony or event, so long as you are ordering the same color, size and contents, you may be eligible for the following discount:

Note 1 - The discount is deducted from the pre-taxed amount (Washington State residents add 8.8% tax).

TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE:

  • Payment must be received and processed in full prior to production and shipping.
  • Payment plans (terms) are available for purchases in excess of $1,000.00 to holders of any of the above credit cards (subject to approval).
  • All NSFs are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. 
  • Uncollected judgments will be turned over to collection agencies and credit reporting bureaus.
  • Washington state residents are subject to 8.8% sales tax.
  • 50% service fee will apply to all cancelled orders.
SHIPPING & FREIGHT:

All orders are shipped FOB DESTINATION within the continental US. Standard shipping charges within the Continental U.S. (variable dependant on design) will be charged to your account at the time of shipping. Shipping costs generally run between $15.00 and $30.00 from a 1-piece design to a 6-piece design. Send us an e-mail for a shipping cost estimate and we will respond promptly.

Our goal is to ship all orders within two weeks of receipt, however on occasion an order may take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.

In the event you receive your plaque damaged, notify us immediately so we may work with you in processing your claim. It is essential that all damages be noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt. It is the customers responsibility to save ALL packaging material which will need to be inspected by the freight carrier in order to to place a claim. We can then assist you in replacement and/or return of damaged merchandise.

 
SHIPPING TIPS:

For protection, CDs should be protected by a jewel case, jacket, wallet, etc., and mailed in a padded envelope. Be sure to include your name and a phone number where we can reach you. If your carrier supplied you with a tracking number, keep record of it in the event it gets lost.
 
RETURNS:

We appreciate your business and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on the quality and workmanship of our products. Returns are accepted on approval for a full refund within 10 Days of your delivery receipt. Prior to any return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted.  To obtain an RA number, please e-mail us with a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund, your name, phone number, mailing address, email address and phone number.
We will respond promptly within 1 business day.

Repair Estimates and Pricing: Repair estimates are determined by the amount of labor involved and the cost of materials. Effective 6/1/2000, our hourly rate is $50.00 - billed at a minimum of one-half hour and in 15 minute blocks. Simple repairs typically take one-half hour, more elaborate repairs can run upwards of 2-5 hours. You will be notified of the repair costs before work is done, and may agree or disagree to the terms. Shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, and will be added to the estimate. Payment must be received and processed in full prior to any work being conducted.
